Ten weeks after starting training at the College his sales of new Cadillacs at Legends Cadillac in Scottsdale, Ariz., had doubled, to 14 a month and so did his annual income. “I really learned how to connect with my customers”, Derek said regarding the training.  Derek took online sales and F&I career training courses at the College.  About four months after the dealership was acquired by Earnhardt Auto Centers, he was promoted to F&I manager. A few months later he was Earnhardt's top grossing finance manager for its East division of about 10 dealerships. Two years after attending the College Derek’s earnings had tripled from what they were in 2011. For Derek Spady, the College of Automotive Management program was “a life changer.”   Derek was featured in Automotive News on March 10, 2014 as a young, up and coming automotive professional making a positive change in the automotive industry.
